Do you appoint more than one distributor per territory?
Our model is one strong partner per territory. When we sign you, we are committing to you, which is exactly why we qualify carefully before signing.
What do we earn beyond the unit sale?
VISIO installations create recurring revenue on filters, CO2 cylinders and service contracts across your installed base, alongside the hardware margin.
Can our own technicians install and service it?
Yes, that is the design intent. VISIO installs into a standard 800 x 600 mm cabinet through a 230 x 230 mm counter cut-out, and we provide full installation documentation, technical training and sample units.
What certifications does the product carry?
CB, CE and CE 1935/2004 (food-contact materials). Certification documents are available to partners.
Can we offer it in our own colors?
Yes. Beyond the three standard finishes (Black Matt RAL 7021, Silver Satin Matt RAL 9006, White Matt NCS S 0500-N), color customization is available for orders of 25 pieces or more.
